Hair fall is one of the major problem for many people in recent times. Hair fall is a very common condition in men often. It usually starts from thinning of your hair. However, it can affect one's mental health and self-esteem.

HOW CAN WE PREVENT IT:
Follow a healthy diet with nutrition rich food.
Regular oiling and shampooing of your hair.
Include a lot of proteins, vitamins and iron rich foods.
Avoid tight hairstyles.
Brush your hair with a wide toothed comb.
Avoid using hair dryer too near your scalp and hair. Maintain a minimum distance of 8 inch gap.
Apply conditioner and serum after hair wash.
Do not comb your hair when it is wet.
Plate your hair while sleeping avoid ponytails and free hair.
Wear a cotton head cap before wearing your helmet. Wash your head cap regularly and also keep your helmet clean.
Always use an umbrella / scarf to protect your hair from exposure to direct sunlight and from dust.
Take hair spa twice a month.
Have a good sleep for 8 hours.
Drink a lot of water and fresh juice and keep your body cool.
Have hot oil massage and try hair packs regularly to strengthen your hair.
